CARE GUIDEAfter cleaning, immediately dry the grill plate with a towel or cloth, then apply a thin layer of cooking oil to the surface to prevent rust. If rust appears, scrub the affected area with steel wool, then dry thoroughly and coat with cooking oil. Your griddle will be ready for use again.
